Business Start Up Specialists - Be Your Own Boss |
|
Starting a new business is a big undertaking for anyone. At Robsons we can guide you through the often complex and confusing process of setting up a new business.
As well as some of our core services that are especially applicable to business startups we can help with...
- Business structure - should you be a sole trader, partnership, Limited Company or even a Limited Liability Partnership? We will talk you through which is best for you.
- Notifying the authorities - you need to let HMRC know within 3 months of commencing self-employment that you are in business. Failure to do so results in automatic fines. We will do all the forms for this, set you up with national insurance payments and if necessary complete the VAT Registration forms for you.
- Introductions - we can introduce you to local banks, solicitors and other professionals you may need assistance from.
Remember we offer FREE COMPANY FORMATIONS for all new clients. Become a client, and we will setup your company for you including completing all registration documents. Our charges for this service will then be deducted from your first year’s accountancy fee. Let us do the form filling for you and allow you to start developing your business.
