During the current COVID-19 crisis, we all need to assess and manage the risks associated with the virus. As an employer, we also have a legal responsibility to protect our employees’ and others from risk to their health and safety.
In this connection, please read and agree to the following guidelines when visiting our offices.
If you have any of the virus’ symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who is displaying symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT OUR OFFICE. Please inform reception staff who will rearrange your meeting.
Booking a Meeting
All meetings must be booked and confirmed with a member of our staff in advance of attendance. No unscheduled meetings can be accommodated.
Please adhere to social distancing and ensure you wear a face covering at all times (unless exempt). This is mandatory as stated in the current government guidelines.
Please do not arrive early for your meeting. If you do arrive early, please wait in your car or outside the offices until your appointment time.
The front door will be locked to control access to the building. Reception staff are aware of all meetings and will allow access to the reception area at your allocated time.
You must use the hand sanitiser on arrival and departure and wear a face covering for the duration of your stay (unless exempt).
The front of the office has been reconfigured to allow one person at a time (unless from the same household). Floor markings and signage is provided to make staff and visitors aware of the required social distancing. These markings are there to protect reception staff and other members of staff.
Visitors should place any parcels/books in the designated boxes placed at the front of the reception desk.
Visitors will be directed to the toilets by a member of staff.
Hand sanitisers are located outside the toilet area and inside, please ensure you use them before and after entering this area. Bathroom sanitizer is also available.
Only one person at a time is allowed into these areas. Paper towels have been provided to dry your hands.
Visitors will only be allowed access to the reception area, the relevant meeting room and toilets. Social distancing measures will be in place in all meeting rooms. Windows will be opened as often as possible to allow ventilation. We will be unable to serve visitors refreshments during your stay.
We will limit the use of stationery and paper and meeting areas will be sanitized before arrival and upon departure.
